Cancellation policy
Experiences & Spaces:
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel a booking, regardless of personal circumstances. Booking cancellations or reductions in guest numbers within 24 hours of your expected arrival will incur a $50 per person fee. No-shows will also incur a $50 per person fee.
Function Hires:
Cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to the scheduled function date. Cancellations made within three weeks of the function date are non-refundable, and any payments made will be forfeited.
